Please be very careful in your proofing of the exhibits, animations, and/or presentations, as we will not be held responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or revisions after the proofing process. This means that if you or your expert find a mistake or needed revision after the exhibits are approved, you will be charged for the additional revision and production costs. Finally, any changes considered outside of the scope of the original quote will be assessed an additional charge.

EXPERT'S REVIEW
We strongly encourage you to review the proofs with your experts as well - this helps to ensure that your exhibits, animations, and/or presentations meet your expert's approval. It is your responsibility to contact your expert and confirm that he or she has reviewed the proofs and is willing to testify to their accuracy.

HOW TO APPROVE OR NOTIFY US REVISIONS ARE REQUIRED
You will receive an email from us requesting approval. The email will contain a green button. When clicked you'll be taken to a page with the request, where you can answer YES or NO and leave a comment. If your email does not contain this green button, that is because the proof has been sent to multiple recipients for review. Simply reply to the email providing us an approval or letting us know that revisions are required. If there are revisions to your order, you will be given a new proof date for these revisions. Please be aware of your due date and the time required to make changes.

MAC TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are receiving a Digital Injury Summary or Diagnostic Slice Chooser, sometimes there is a security setting you will need to change if you are using a Mac. Please see details instructions on how to troubleshoot this here.

IMPORTANT NOTICE IF YOU ARE TO RECEIVE EXHIBIT BOARDS
Your exhibits will not ship until we have your approval. Exhibits must be approved by 12pm Mountain Time if they are required to ship out same day, to allow time for exhibit board production and scheduling with FedEx. Exhibit approvals after 12pm Mountain Time will be shipped out the following day for overnight delivery.
