Requested materials for preparation of written exhibit proposal and estimate.

In order to provide the most thorough and accurate suggestions for visual exhibits, there are a few key items we will need to review. These documents allow us to provide accurate cost estimates and ensure everything we create is accurate.

Format

We humbly request that digital copies be provided over physical copies. If available, text based files  (original/native file types) are highly preferred (as opposed to scanned documents).

Delivery

Electronic delivery is preferred, for which there are numerous options:

  • Use our file transfer site to upload files (2GB per transfer limit) – details on how to zip/compress and share files can be found here.

  • "Share" a Dropbox folder with us

  • Use a third-party file transfer protocol (FTP) you may already have in place

Materials Needed for Forensic Animation (includes motor-vehicle animation)

  1. Copy of the Complaint

  2. Police Report

  3. Any/all supplemental reports / attachments / diagrams / survey data *(includes raw/source laser scanning data, if available)

  4. All photographs / video

  5. Expert Reports (and or disclosures) from both plaintiff and defense (final or draft) for all relevant experts. This may include experts in: Accident Reconstruction, Roadway Trucking Safety, Human Factors, Biomechanical Engineering.

  6. Any supplemental reports / attachments / diagrams / survey data / field measurements

  7. All expert produced photographs / video of site inspection / vehicle inspection (laser scan/drone data, etc.)

Roadway Design Issue  (Includes all items from MVA, plus)

  1. All produced roadway construction diagrams/drawings from US/State DOT or contractors. 

  2. Design drawings

  3. As-built drawings

  4. Expert reports and materials for Roadway Safety/Roadway Design/Civil Engineering

  5. Any supplemental reports / attachments / diagrams / survey data / field measurements

  6. All expert produced photographs/video of site inspection/vehicle inspections

Night Time Visibility:  (Includes all items from MVA, plus)

  1. Expert Reports and materials (Lighting, Conspicuity)

  2. Any supplemental reports / attachments / diagrams / survey data / field measurements

  3. All expert produced photographs/video of site inspection/vehicle inspections
