You are allotted one round of changes within the scope of the project proposal. Examples of changes within scope include labels, text, color modifications, etc. Examples of edits or changes outside the scope of the project proposal may include but may not be limited to: additional images, views, scenes, maps, surgery steps, films, tools, other exhibits, other media type, etc.

Please understand that as you become aware of our full capabilities and your project "comes to life," you may have additional ideas and/or requests for the final product. If these ideas and/or requests exceed the scope of the initial proposal, you will be presented with a CHANGE ORDER that you must approve before work can continue. Following this protocol, we ensure that you are not "surprised" with additional and/or unexpected charges.
