Files/materials are often too large or voluminous to send as attachments within an email. You may also need to send film studies that are stored on a CD-ROM. Using the instructions below, you can send these files to your High Impact rep via our file transfer site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please zip or compress a file BEFORE sending them, particularly before uploading them to a file request in Dropbox (so that they don't upload as a bunch of separate files, but rather as one complete folder).

 PC Users

  1. Create a new folder (or use an existing one) on your desktop, and place in it all the files/folders you would like to share.

  2. Right-click that folder, choose “send to” > “compressed/zipped” folder (this will create a new “zipped” folder on your desktop).

  3. Upload the files to our file transfer site here (please be sure to include your sales rep's email address in the "email to" field).

  4. Fill in your information.

  5. Click the “Add files” button (or drag and drop into the window) then choose the zipped folder you just created (it’s on your desktop).

  6. Click the “Transfer” button

  7. The files will be sent and we will be notified by email.
