If you are having trouble downloading your proofs sent from Basecamp, please follow the instructions below:

  1. In your proof message, click the "Download" link located below the image or the image itself - This opens your internet browser.
  2. Right-click the image/video
  3. Save the image/video (the name of this specific option is different for each browser, but "...save..." should be available in some form)
  4. Choose where to save the image/video - print/share this file and NOT the email or web page
